Catherine Paradisin joined NCCD as a program associate in February 2017. She facilitates use of the Structured Decision Making® system in child welfare contexts, and she intends to draw on her passion for social justice and equity—as well as her strong commitment to serving others—in this position. Prior to this, Catherine worked for American Bridge 21st Century as a political field researcher in the 2016 election and for the Wisconsin Department of Administration. She has extensive volunteer experience at diverse human services and political organizations, and she recently volunteered with the Americorps National Civilian Community Corps. Catherine graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2013 with degrees in sociology and legal studies and a certificate in criminal justice.
