Britt joined NCCD in 2016 as a senior financial analyst. She is responsible for financial oversight and management of NCCD’s federal contracts and month-end close entries and analysis, and she works with the financial team to assist in meeting the agency’s organizational and financial goals. She is adept at full-scope contract and grant management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Prior to this, she was employed with Catholic Charities in San Francisco for 16 years and worked with accounting, contracts, and building relationships with program directors and other staff. In addition to this, Britt has extensive knowledge of and experience with grants. She has worked in multiple areas of social service, including managing contracts and awards for rental subsidies, licensed residential programs, and mental and behavioral health programs for youth and families. Britt has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
