.NET Developer
NCCD’s application development team works in close collaboration with our database and IT teams to create Internet-based tools for our customers. Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a curious and efficient person to handle a broad range of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to reception, copying, mailing/shipping, supporting meetings/events, assisting with building maintenance oversight, making travel arrangements, and other general office tasks. Project Coordinator
The project coordinator will lead internal IT project coordination efforts in a variety of business areas. These include service organization control (SOC) data security audits, web application contracts, project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Senior Researcher
The research and analysis team is critical to NCCD’s work, using research skills for immediate, real-world impact. NCCD is seeking a leader and active participant in the local, state, and national conversation about justice reform. Our ideal candidate has content expertise in culturally responsive criminal and/or juvenile justice and is highly skilled in cultivating and maintaining responsive client and community relationships. Program Associate
NCCD is seeking a program associate with deep knowledge and experience in the child welfare field for our social services practice team. In this role, your primary focus will be training and coaching staff on child welfare practice involving Structured Decision Making® (SDM) systems, family-centered engagement practices, technical assistance/
consultation, field coaching, and organizational supports for program implementation. You will also be involved with developing grants and proposals for new projects.
