Policy and Reporting Analyst
Do you enjoy educating people on how to use web-based reports, analyzing client policies and procedures, and traveling on occasion? Your primary focus as policy and reporting analyst will be to work with clients of SafeMeasures®, NCCD's state-of-the-art data-reporting service for social service agencies. Job responsibilities include regular client interaction; research and analysis of policies, procedures, and legislation related to child welfare and juvenile justice; and determining, developing, and ensuring quality of SafeMeasures report requirements. Program Associate (Make a Difference in Child Welfare)
NCCD is hiring two program associates with knowledge and experience in the child welfare field for our social services practice team. One position is mid-level, and one is junior. The primary focus will be training and coaching staff on child welfare practice involving the Structured Decision Making® (SDM) system, family-centered engagement practices, technical assistance/consultation, field coaching, and organizational supports for program implementation. You will also be involved with developing grants and proposals for new projects.
