NCCD is seeking a program associate with deep knowledge and experience in the child welfare field for our social services practice team. In this role, your primary focus will be training and coaching staff on child welfare practice involving Structured Decision Making® (SDM) systems, family-centered engagement practices, technical assistance/
consultation, field coaching, and organizational supports for program implementation. You will also be involved with developing grants and proposals for new projects.
