October 11, 2017 | by Mark Ridley-Thomas, Chairman, Board of Supervisors, Los Angeles County

Mark Ridley-Thomas, Chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, writes in the Huffington Post about new initiatives in his county to help reduce homelessness. Just in Reach is supported by public and private funds through Pay for Success. Read the article here. Read about NCCD’s involvement with Pay for Success here.
